Information we collect
Information you provide
If you create or use an account, we may receive your email address, display name, profile preferences, avatar selection, and authentication identifiers. We also receive information you include in support messages or account-deletion requests.
Game and social activity
We may process player identifiers, match activity, scores, experience, gems, rankings, friend or follow relationships, reactions, progression, and digital-item entitlements to operate game features and preserve signed-in progress.
Device and service information
We and our service providers may receive app version, device type, operating system, language, approximate network information, IP address, diagnostic logs, and security events. Guest progress and preferences may also be stored locally on your device.
Purchases
If paid features become available, Apple or Google processes payment details. We may receive transaction identifiers, product information, purchase status, and entitlement history, but we do not receive your full payment-card number.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, gameplay, matchmaking, rankings, social features, and saved progress.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect game integrity.
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy or deletion requests.
- Maintain, diagnose, and improve performance and accessibility.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Automated opponents
Practice play uses an automated opponent. During online availability testing, an automated opponent may also complete a match when a human opponent is unavailable. Related match data may be processed in the same way as other gameplay data.
How information is shared
We may share information with vendors that help us operate 4NCut, such as cloud hosting, authentication, database, diagnostics, and platform billing providers. These may include Google Firebase, Google Play, and Apple services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our services, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and financial records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type. Local guest data remains on the device until it is cleared or the app is removed.
Your choices and rights
You may update available profile settings, use guest features where offered, control device permissions, or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Rights can vary based on your location.
Children
4NCut is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age required in their location. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as 4NCut develops. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by other appropriate means.
