Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share passwords or verification codes.
Game service
4NCut is a strategy game in active development. Features, rules, balance, availability, supported platforms, and digital content may change. Practice play uses automated opponents. Online matches may also use an automated opponent when a human opponent is unavailable.
Fair play and conduct
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with service operation, harass others, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful content, manipulate rankings, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use automation to gain an unfair advantage.
Virtual items and paid features
4NCut may offer optional subscriptions, character or board skins, reactions, or other digital items. Prices and duration will be shown before purchase. Digital items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred unless the service expressly permits it. Store billing, cancellation, renewal, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms and applicable Apple App Store or Google Play policies, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual property
4NCut, its software, artwork, branding, audio, design, and related materials are owned by MASSMANIH LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we remain responsible for handling personal information under our Privacy Policy.
Availability and termination
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free play, permanent availability of preview features, or that every device or network will be supported.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MASSMANIH LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
