How to submit a request
- 1Email us from the address connected to your 4NCut account.
This helps us verify that you control the account.
- 2Use the subject “Delete my 4NCut account.”
Include your player name or player ID if available. Never include your password.
- 3Complete the verification we send.
We may ask for limited information needed to locate and protect the account.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account profile and associated personal gameplay and social data under our control, such as saved progress, rankings, friend or follow relationships, and eligible entitlement records.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, transaction reconciliation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Data already aggregated or de-identified may not be attributable to your account. Purchases and billing records maintained independently by Apple or Google are governed by those providers.
Guest data
If you played only as a guest and never created or linked an account, locally stored progress can generally be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. If an anonymous online identifier was created, contact us with the player ID shown in the app so we can check for associated server data.
